Category C

Eyemouth is a charming fishing village around 5o miles South of Edinburgh on the east coast of the Scottish Borders.

Favouring cement stucco for many old building finishes, it does not contain a great number of buildings to interest a stone mason however there are exceptions including several charming churches.

Asked to restore this late 19th century rendered and lined as ashlar property in the centre of Eyemouth in the Scottish Borders. Half a century of neglect left the building looking a bit tired but after some careful repair and maintenance the building was ready to face another 50 years.
